Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy for eligible non-food items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In addition, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (including food products)
  • Personal care and beauty items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at erivida@adomintmarket.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return
To request a return for an eligible non-food item, contact us at erivida@adomintmarket.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
