Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

  • Local delivery (within our service area): Same day or next business day
  • Standard shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Extended delivery distances: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Perishable & Food Items

Due to the nature of perishable food products, certain items may be available for local delivery or in-store pickup only. These restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers that may affect the quality of perishable items once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Adom International Market is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
